RE:
Pentecost Central Links
Linking with one another on the Internet is a way of providing a service to other Catholics or Christians on the Internet. By including them in your Links Site, they will obtain the benefit of having their website also visited and surfed by others when one browses over your website. As we have always generously received from the Lord many opportunities for our websites to be visited by others, so are we called to also share that same gift and opportunity to others whom we have come to know on the Internet.
How is the Catholic faith spread through these links?
1. Many get to know better the Catholic faith from its different perspectives by clicking on a link and getting to know other aspects and facets of the faith.
2. For those who have had no opportunity to get to know the Catholic faith, a list of links will lead the surfer to discover many Christian beliefs - both traditional and contemporary.
3. Usually there is a structure within the Web itself that takes the surfer from link to link and thus allows him to discover such a multi-faceted prism of Catholic, Anglican, Orthodox, Protestant and Eastern Rite faith-perspectives in his visits from website to website.
Due to the openness and inclusive spirit of all in the Pentecost Central network, there are non-Catholic members and non-Christian members who are also part of the network. This is just the way Pentecost Central promotes Christian unity, ecumenism, and interreligious dialogue: through the peaceful co-existence of links from both Christian and non-Christians websites put alongside each other.
